How we work.

Remote and asynchronous

We write more than we meet. A clear document is easy to share, easy to come back to, and it protects everyone's focus. We hire from anywhere, keep a few shared hours, and never expect you to be always on.

Design-driven

Design isn't decoration here. Engineers, operators and researchers are all expected to care how the product feels, because we're building something we would still want to open in twenty years.

Collaborative by default

This work isn't a solo sport. We pair up on the hard things, take turns stress-testing each other's work, and treat honest feedback as care. Nobody ships alone, and nobody is left to struggle alone either.
