17 country pages with locally-owned content, imagery, and schema.org breadcrumbs.
New responsive grid pattern for hub pages; wraps cleanly from 320 px to 2560 px.
Accessibility review completed: no critical issues across eight key marketing pages.

Team, careers, culture, and contact are now first-party
Marketing pages no longer load third-party embeds, so they are faster and more private.
Contact form: client-side validation and topic selection, now on our own server.
Team page now ships with stronger profile cards and Person JSON-LD for each member.
