A dated, signed statement that Confinity Ltd hasn’t received any secret legal process requiring us to hand over customer data, or to weaken how we protect it, without telling you it happened. If this page disappears, or comes back with the statements softened, that change is the signal. Read it as one.

If we can’t keep a promise yet, it gets written here first.
Statement
The declaration.
As of the effective date above, Confinity Ltd hasn’t received, and hasn’t been subject to, any secret subpoena, gag order, national-security letter or other classified legal request that would compel us to hand over customer data without telling the customer it happened.
Nobody has forced a backdoor into our software. Nor a surveillance vector.
Nobody has forced us to add code or configuration that weakens encryption or the handling of secrets.
If this page disappears, or goes 90 days past the refresh date above without a new one, or comes back with these sentences softened, read that as the signal.

Methodology
How this canary stays honest.
A named person refreshes this every quarter. They sign it. There’s no automated refresh, deliberately: a machine can be compelled quietly in a way a signature can’t.
Prior statements aren't hashed or archived anywhere yet. Treat the version history of this file as the only record of what earlier quarters said. Building a proper append-only archive is on the list.
A missed or late refresh is a canary failure. You don’t need our confirmation to read it that way. That is by design.
